Getting comfortable with being uncomfortable.

That’s the theme for today. I was very uncomfortable today. Heat and humidity sucked out all my strength. But I persevered one lonely step in front of the other. This was my view from one of my many rest stops along the way today.

The highlight today was starying in hotel Laura. Beautiful, clean and friendly with a minutes walk to the beach.

There was a flash rain storm this afternoon complete with thunder and lightning. The local tapas flosses and our room has a constant drop onto the middle of our floor. We moved our pannier and clothing out of the way and placed the bathroom garbage can under the drop to collect water.

i wonder what adventures tomorrow will hold.
