We and our bikes arrived safely. As you exit the plane the humidity hits you square in the face. No more, “where’s my toque”.

We put our bikes on a trolley and waited to pass thru the security check before actually entry into Costa Rica.

Note: don’t keep a banana in your carry on. My bag was flagged and banana confiscated. The border agent said they had bananas in Costa Rica so I didn’t need to worry!

We met a lovely person Elian from Tamarindo who helped us with our bikes and gave us a taxi ride to cabaña Jhonny in Guardia. Thank you Elian.

We had a friendly visit from a kitty cat who seemed to be upset that we were not going to give him/her some food!
