We were anxious to get to a town that had a grocery store and possible some internet. We arrived early afternoon and the streets were plugged with people and traffic.

We sat down at a cafe/bakery and had our mandatory sugar fix (apricot slice and carrot cake) and proceeded to look for a place to stay.

Nothing!

No hostel

No cabins

And even the l local camp site had few tent sites available.

With a holiday park camp site as our back up we searched, and found, a lovely b&b of the main drag.

The nook b&b. The website said it was available so we called.

And left a message

And we called number, number 2 and left a message.

It was near by so we decided to give it a shot and see if they were home but not in their house. On the curb side there was a sign and a third number.

Which we tried....

And got an answer.

It was available but they were out and wouldn't be back for an hour.

"See you in an hour".

This have us some time to explore the city. We visited Queen Elizabeth gardens, the Miniature train, the aviary and the "Fernery".
